Meet the Team
Shannon Baumgartner Architectural Designer
While completing her Bachelor’s degree in interior design and architecture, Shannon worked with other award-winning firms in Colorado, and traveled the world, drawing inspiration from a variety of architectural styles. In launching SP Designs, she seeks to create an environment designed to best suite its individual user and further propel them in meeting their life goals. Shannon is actively involved in the community, serving on the building committee, and as a board member, of Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity. Her home designs for Habitat for Humanity have been recognized by the mayor of Colorado Springs and featured on the local news media.
Paul Baumgartner
Director of Operations
Paul’s architectural experience began as he assisted with finishing out the basement of his family’s home while in his mid-teens. He then worked several construction jobs;
from remodels, to framing, to roofing, to heating installation. Here he observed first-hand the variety in architectural design across the years since the late 1800’s. Paul began sketching various floor plans as a teenager finally completing a full design of The Baumgartner Estate, in late 2000. Paul earned a business degree from Regis University, and though his main focus at SP Designs is business operations, he still provides creative input and assists with various other aspects of the design process.
