MEET THE FOUNDER AND THE ORIGINS

SP Designs Ltd is a women-owned firm, formed in 2019 by Shannon Baumgartner, Senior Architectural Designer

While completing her Bachelor’s degree in interior design and architecture, Shannon worked with other award-winning firms in Colorado, and traveled the world, drawing inspiration from a variety of architectural styles. In launching SP Designs, she seeks to create an environment designed to best suite its individual user and further propel them in meeting their life goals. Shannon is actively involved in the community, serving on the building committee, and as a board member, of Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity. Her home designs for Habitat for Humanity have been recognized by the mayor of Colorado Springs and featured on the local news media.

THE BEGINNING

Before there was SP Designs Ltd. there was a dream, a pencil, and a scrap of paper that together formed the design of the Baumgartner Estate - c. 2000, and ultimately inspired the establishment of the firm.
